Bio
Bill has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He was owner and operator of Irvine Insulation in Mesa,
Arizona. Active in the Insulation Contractors of America, he served on the technical committee. Was voted Man of the Year
in 1995 by ICAA. Bill's interest in energy efficient construction dates back to 1989. He has worked with the Building America
Program providing research and data. He has been an active HERS rater in Arizona and California since 1999.
